Paul R. Rosenstock, M.D.
CEO and Medical Director
Dr. Rosenstock has been a practicing internist for over 30 years. He has held numerous successful senior management positions including Medical Director for Sephardic Home for Nursing and Rehabilitation, MedNet HealthCare Group, and CEO for Brooklyn Health Partners.
Charlotte Punski, RN, PA, MPH
Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Business Development
Charlotte Punski has over 25 years of clinical and management experience focusing on business development, homecare, provider, and network extension. Past work experience includes Oxford Health Plans, Merck Medco Containment, and several large Certified Home Care Agencies in New York City. Charlotte has implemented a successful after hospital care program with several major New York City HMO’s. Charlotte also plays an active role in the Medicare demonstration program “Independence at Home” geared to improve elderly homebound patients clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction at lower costs.
Herold Simon, MD
Senior Medical Director
Herold Simon, MD, is the Senior Medical Director. He attended Universidad del Noreste and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Lincoln Hospital Center as well as Fellowship in Nephrology at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is the author of many publications on Kidney Pathobiology and Healthcare. He provides clinical oversight and administrative services to our providers. He has over twenty years of leadership experience that supports excellence in medical practice. As founder and chairperson of the Aesclepius Medical Society, Dr. Simon has been involved in multiple health-related missions in Haiti. Dr. Simon was among the first responders to provide urgent care to affected individuals following the massive earthquake that devastated Haiti in 2010, including delivery of a baby in an emergent situation. Dr. Simon is very well known and has been awarded a number of times for his dedication to community service. He is also a published poet.
Andrea Trimmingham, RPA-C, MS
Director of Clinical Programs and Provider Development
Andrea Trimmingham is a graduate of SUNY Downstate in Physician Assistant Studies, with extensive expertise in Internal Medicine and Orthopedics. She is an Assistant Professor in the Physician Assistant Program at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Andrea is known for being an excellent lecturer, mentor to her students and directing them to their personal best.
Manager of Program Development
Tania Maldonado has been with Doctors on Call for several years. She works together with senior management on program rollout and development including workflow, policies and procedures, and training. She is currently working on achieving Level 3 recognition for Doctors on Call’s Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Her role includes PCMH analytic reporting, MAQ dashboard reporting, and developing policies and procedures.
Director of Revenue Cycle Management
With 11 years experience in the healthcare industry, Mark Braun’s expertise lies in business management and development, as well as revenue cycle management for: Article 28 facilities, Hospitals, Urgent Care Facilities, and General Physician Practices.
At Doctors On Call he is responsible for optimizing revenue and core work flow processes and identifying missed revenue opportunities. His mission is to guide the functions that support the goals of the organization and to ensure the continuance of quality and excellence at Doctors On Call.
